new creations with Chocolate Baroque- nieuwe creaties met Chocolate Baroque

 Hello there,


Today I want to show you some Chocolate Baroque creations made with the Woodland Dreams sheet and the new fabulous Fragment Textures sheet, really a must-have! Some of you have already seen them on the CB design team blog.
 I wanted to keep them in cool cold winter colours and some glimmer here and there.......I also did use some masks. As you can see below I've used a Crealies petal(no.5) and flower (no18)to add on the card. I've cut them out aquarel paper and wiped them through the Distress inks.

Vandaag weer twee nieuwe creaties met de Chocolate Baroque stempels, Woodland Dreams en de nieuwe . Fragment Textures sheet, echt iets wat je erbij moet hebben! Sommigen van jullie hebben ze wellicht al gezien op het CB DT blog.Ik wilde het in koele koude winterkleuren houden met hier en daar wat glimmer.....ik heb ook maskers gebruikt om in te spuiten en te sponsen. Zolas je kunt zien heb ik een Crealies Petal(no.5) en bloem(no.18) gebruikt op de kaart.Ik heb ze uit aquarel papier gestanst en door de Distress inkt gehaald.

 

And the second one, made with almost the same colours.............only embossed with silver and used another mask.....the same Crealies flowers only with a little 'tangle'.

En de tweede, gemaakt met bijna dezelfde kleuren.........alleen geembosst met zilver en een ander masker gebruikt......dezelfde Crealies bloemen alleen met een kleine 'tangle'.

Butterflies.......... Vlinders.............

Today just 2 earlier made butterfly cards, made with the same stamps but opposite stamping. The first one has been stamped with white ink on black paper and coloured with Derwent soft colour pencils. And the 2nd one is stamped with black ink on white paper and also coloured with pencils.On the 1st card the butterflies are embossed with silver EP and coloured on watercolourpaper with Tombo markers and waterpen. On the 2nd card they are stamped with black archival ink and coloured with Tombo's and blending pen.

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag 2 kaarten al eerder gemaakt met dezelfde stempels maar tegengesteld qua stempelen. De eerste is gestempeld met witte inkt op zwart papier en gekleurd met Derwent soft colour potloden. En de tweede is gestempeld met zwarte inkt op wit papier en ook gekleurd met deze potloden. De vlinders zijn geembosst met zilver EP op de 1e kaart  en gekleurd op aquarelpapier en ingekleurd met Tombo's en waterpenseel. Op de 2e kaart zijn ze met zwart gestempeld en ingekleurd met Tombo's en blender.

When two stamps are kissing........wanneer twee stempels elkaar kussen.......

Today it's all about kissing! I like this technique very much and you can play on many ways with it. In the last Art Specially magazine you can see an article about this technique. I believe with 6 variations..........
Here is the first one......
I have used a solid oval of Impression Obsession, a cover a card 'Pine'branches' from IO and the lovely bird image from the 'Christmas Song'sheet from Chocolate Baroque. The quote is also from the same sheet.

Hallo lieve mensen,
Vandaag gaat het over 'kussen'! Ik vind deze techniek heel erg leuk en je kunt er op verschillende manieren mee spelen. In het laatste Art Specially magazine kun je hier een uitgebreid artikel over lezen. Ik geloof met wel 6 variaties..........dus als je 'm nog niet hebt....naar de winkel......
Hier is de eerste.............. Ik heb het dichte ovaal van Impression Obsession gebruikt, een cover a card achtergrond van IO, 'Pine branches' en het lieflijke vogel stempeltje van de 'Christmas Song'sheet from Chocolate Baroque.' De tekst is ook van hetzelfde sheet.

For this kissing technique you will need one solid stamp or at least almost solid and a patterned stamp. I inked the solid stamp with Brilliance olive and around the edges some Thyme. Then I stamped this solid oval onto the (clean) cover a card 'pine branches' and with that kiss it pulls out the ink from the oval and you can see the pine branches in white. I overstamped the little robin on his branch and coloured him with pencils.
Voor de kus techniek heb je een dichte- negatieve- solid stempel nodig of in ieder geval een bijna dichte en een stempel met patroon. Ik heb de dichte stempel beiinkt  met Brilliance Olive en aan de rand de kleur Thyme. Daarna heb ik de ovaal afgedrukt op een niet beiinkte pine branches achtergrond en met die 'kus' trekt het de inkt uit het ovaal en kun je de dennetakjes in wit zien. Hier overheen heb ik de kleine vogel op de tak gestempeld en deze gekleurd met kleurpotloden.
Hieronder de 2e...........met een dubbele kus (twee kleuren inkt)

The 2nd one..........with a double kiss( two different colour inks)

I inked a solid circle from Impression Obsession with a purple Brilliance ink, then I inked up one of the Morris baubles with Brilliance 'rust' and let these two stamps kiss(this is a double kiss-two inks) The result gave a smooth pattern into the circle. I overstamped with the beautiful elegant flower from the CB sheet: Fantasy Meadow, another gorgeous one! Then some accents with pencil and ultra fine glitter from Hero arts( it's great stuff) The quote is from IO.

Hier heb ik de dichte cirkel van Impression Obsession beïnkt met Brilliance purple, hierna heb ik een van de 'Morris baubles'(CB) met Brilliance Rust beinkt en op de cirkel stempel gedrukt(dubbele kus-twee inkten) Het resultaat was een zacht patroon in de cirkel. Hier overheen gestempeld met de mooie elegante bloem van het   Fantasy Meadow sheet van CB, weer z'on prachtige!Toen nog wat kleurpotlood accenten en ultrafijne glitter van Hero arts.(geweldig spul) de tekst is van IO.

Gedaan met dezelfde techniek als hierboven genoemd..........

And the 4th one........... En de 4e............

This one is made with the solid circle from IO and the cover a card 'Woodgrain'. On the background of the card you can see the entire Woodgrain background. A very versatile stamp. The pattern repeats in the solid circle. I over stamped with one of the elegant flowers of the Fantasy Meadow  sheet of CB. The quote is from the 'Bold blooms' sheet from CB. All stamps are for sale in the Posthumus shop in Amsterdam. 


Deze is gemaakt met behulp van de cover a card achtergrond 'Woodgrain' van IO en de dichte cirkel stempel. Op de achtergrond van de kaart zie je de gehele cover a card Woodgrain, een zeer veelzijdige stempel. Het patroon herhaalt zich in de cirkel. Hier overheen gestempeld met een van de elegante bloemen van de Fantasy Meadow sheet van CB. De tekst is van de Bold Blooms sheet van CB.

And finally a 'huge kiss' the last one.........
En tot slot een 'geweldig grote' kus, de laatste dan.............

At this one I've used the large solid Cover a card background from IO. I inked it with Memento New sprout and Danube blue and turquoise . Then 'kissed' it several times with a leaf from the Bold blooms sheet from Chocolate Baroque. It gave a sort of Batik effect..... The leaves are all from the Bold blooms/Fresh Blooms from CB and embossed with Lagoon and Olive from WOW. Added some gemstones and a sentiment from the Loving Sentiments from CB.

Bij deze heb ik de grote dichte(solid) cover a card achtergrond van IO gebruikt. Ik heb deze beïnkt  met Memento New Sprout en Danube Blue en Turquoise. Toen diverse keren 'gekust' met het blad van de Bold Blooms sheet van CB. Het geeft een soort batik effect.......De bladeren zijn allemaal van de Bold blooms/Fresh Blooms van Chocolate Baroque en geembosst met Lagoon en Olive van WOW. Nog wat glinstersteentjes en een tekst van de   Loving Sentiments from CB.

Today some more inspirations.............with the elements of Multi Blooms and Bold Blooms and the Waterlily Mandala from Chocolate Baroque. I really adore those element stamps!

First of all I want to welcome a lot of new followers! So nice that you are there and hope to inspire you all!

Vandaag nog wat inspiraties.........met de elementen van Fresh Bloom and Bold blooms en de Waterlelie mandala van Chocolate Baroque. Ik vind deze element stempels helemaal het einde!

Ten eerste nog een hartelijk welkom aan een aantal nieuwe volgers! Leuk dat jullie er zijn en hoop jullie te inspireren!

Again stamped with versamark and embossed with 'Brass' WOW emboss. powder on aquarelpaper and coloured with my Tombo's and waterpencil. The text is also on the 'blooms' sheet. On both sheets you can find a beautiful quote about flowers.
Weer gestempeld met versamark en geembosst met 'Brass'Wow emboss. poeder op aquarelpapier en gekleurd met mijn Tombo's en waterpenseel. De tekst staat ook op de 'Blooms'sheet. Op beide sheets staat een mooie tekst over bloemen.

At the 2nd one I've also used a Cover a card background from Impression Obsession. It's called 'Lace' and I've embossed it with white EP on black paper. Again the same technique as above for the flower and leaves.

Bij de 2e heb ik ook een Cover a card achtergrond van Impression Obsession gebruikt. Deze heet 'Lace' en ik heb 'm geembosst met witte EP op zwart papier. Ook weer dezelfde techniek als hierboven voor de bloem en de bladeren.

 

On the 3rd one I have used another beautie from Chocolate Baroque, the Waterlily mandala. Also used the same technique as the other ones. I have embossed the flower and leaves with black EP. All powders are from WOW. I have stamped with Stazon white on sheet with the flower element of Impression Obsession. The Christmas quote is also from IO.

Op de 3e heb ik een andere 'beautie' gebruikt van Chocolate Baroque, de waterlelie mandala. Ook hier dezelfde techniek gebruikt als bij de andere kaarten. Ik heb de bloem geembosst met zwart EP. Alle poeders zijn van WOW. Ik heb gestempeld met witte Stazon op sheet met het bloem element van Impression Obsession. De kersttekst is ook van IO.

And more Chocolate Baroque.............en nog meer Chocolate Baroque

Today more creations with the Chocolate Baroque stamps. The first one has been made with a self made circle template which I used for sponging with 2 colours of Brilliance ink. Then I stamped the 'Morris baubles' into them with black ink and gave some accents with a white gelpen and a glue pen and glitter powder. Then I masked the two circles and stamped the snowflake flourish onto the card. ( Brilliance Gamma green and Poppy red) Normally colours which I rarely use......but sometimes it's good to go outside your comfort zone.
Added some gemstones and a ribbon and matted it onto red and green card stock.

Vandaag nog wat creaties met de Chocolate Baroque stempels. De eerste is gemaakt met behulp van een zelfgemaakte cirkel mal die ik gebruikt heb om in te sponzen met 2 kleuren Brilliance inkt. Daarna heb ik de 'Morris baubles' erin gestempeld met zwarte inkt en wat accenten gegeven met witte gelpen en lijmpen met glitterpoeder. Hierna de cirkels gemaskerd en de snowflake flourish gestempeld met Brilliance Gamma green en Poppy red. Eigenlijk twee kleuren die ik zelden gebruik....soms moet je even buiten je comfort zone gaan.

  

 

 

 

The 2nd one is my favourite for now, love those cool colours and the images are fab! I used the CB sheet 'Harlequin Christmas' in combination with the elements of the Bold blooms/Fresh blooms. I stamped the Christmas decoration and the eastern landscape inking up first with Versamark then with different shades of Memento ink (turquoise/danube blue/paris dusk and also orchid for the decoration) and embossed it with silver holographic sparkle from WOW. Well I thought it would be really WOW! Embossed the flower and leaves with silver EP and coloured it with my Tombo markers and waterpen. On the background I repeated the colours with a piece of the Harlequin background stamp.

De tweede is mijn favouriet voor nu, ik hou van deze koele kleuren en de afbeeldingen zijn toch zo mooi en scherp! Ik heb de CB sheet 'Harlequin Christmas' gebruikt in combinatie met de bloem en blad elementen van Multi blooms/Fresh Blooms. Ik heb de kerstbal en het oosterse landschap gestempeld door eerst in te inkten Versamark daarna met Memento in diverse tinten( zodat je kunt embossen) en te embossen met de silver holographic sparkle poeder van WOW. Ik dacht dat dat ook wel echt WOW zou zijn! De bloem en bladeren geembosst met zilver EP en ingekleurd met mijn Tombo markers en waterpenseel. Op de achtergrond herhaalde ik de kleuren op een stukje van de Harlequin achtergrond stempel.

More Christmas creations with Chocolate Baroque........meer Christmas creaties met Chocolate Baroque

As promised some more creations with Christmas stamps from Chocolate Baroque! Also with the Snowflake Flourish sheet in combination with the Multi blooms/Fresh blooms. Those sheets have such gorgeous flower and leaf elements! Great for my fav technique of embossing and colouring with water based markers.

So here is the first one........embossed with silver EP and coloured by waterbased markers and a waterpen. That's one of my fav techniques. Also a pic from a different angle so you can see the silver EP very well.

Zoals beloofd nog wat andere creaties met kerststempels van Chocolate Baroque! Ook met het 'Snowflake Flourish' sheet in combinatie met de blad elementen van Multi blooms/Fresh blooms van CB. Deze sheets hebben zulke geweldige bloem en blad elementen! Heerlijk om met mijn favouriete techniek van embossen en inkleuren met de Tombo markers en waterpen te doen.
Dus hier is de eerste, geembosst met zilver EP and gekleurd met de Tombo's en waterpenseel. Nog een foto vanuit een andere hoek waabij je de embossing goed kan zien.




Ok, now on to the 2nd one with the same sheet only a different technique. I have embossed with white EP and sponged with Colorbox pigment inks. Then wiped with a clean cloth over the embossing layer and the white layer became white again.

Ok, nu naar de 2e gemaakt met hetzelfde sheet alleen een andere techniek. Ik heb geembosst met witte EP en gesponsd met Colorbox pigment inkt. Daarna met een schone doek over de embossingslaag en de witte laag werd weer wit.
