Hello there, here is a card with the left-overs of my Halloween cards. This stamp is from the 'Fancy Mandela' set. I used some perfect pearls for the ivy's. Embossed with silver and coloured it with my Tombo markers. Added some glasspearls and Done! I publiced this card before on my old blog, so not every body has seen this before. This stampsheet is also for sale at the Posthumusshop in Amsterdam.

Hallo allemaal, hier nog een kaart met de restjes van mijn Halloweenkaarten. Deze stempel is van de 'fancy mandela'set.Ik heb perfect pearls gebruikt voor de klimop. Geembost met zilver en ingekleurd met Tombo's. Nog wat glasdruppels en klaar is ie! Ik heb deze kaart al eerder gepubliceerd op mijn oude blog, dus niet iedereen heeft 'm nog gezien.
Deze stempelsheet is ook te koop bij Posthumus in Amsterdam.

Red tag for a tagbook..............rode label voor een labelboekje

The Elusive team had the assigment to make a tag for a Elusive tagbook showing all kind of EI stamps and techniques. We were asked to use only one of the seven colours of the rainbow. In the meantime the other DT girls had chosen their colour and I was left to choose red or yellow. I picked the red one........... I used DI to colour my tag and used the Harlequin Christmas sheet of EI. Also used the borders and flower from Crealies. Finished it with some fibers.
As you can see there is a front and backside of the label. It was fun to do and also a little bit exciting because I had only 1 tag and I was really messing around with DI and water. What to do if I failed...........

Het Elusive team had de opdracht om een tag te maken voor een EI tagbook waarbij alle stempels van EI en verschillende technieken
waren toegestaan. We waren gevraagd om alleen de 7 kleuren van de regenboog te gebruiken. In de tussentijd hadden de meesten van het team al een kleur uitgezocht en bleef er nog rood en geel over. Ik heb de rode gekozen.....Ik heb distress inkt gebruikt om de tag te kleuren en stempels van de Harlequin Christmas sheet. Ook heb ik div. borders en een flower stans van Crealies gebruikt. Als finishing touch wat fibers. Zoals je kunt zien is er een voor en achterkant van de label. Het was leuk om te maken en ook wel spannend, want ik had 1 label en was flink aan het knoeien met distress inkt en water. Wat moest ik doen als het mislukte........

More creations with the Earth Spirits............meer creaties met de Earth Spirits

Hello stampers, this is another one with the Earth Spirit sheet. Carrie who works at Elusive Images desgined and made them originally by handcarving. Then Elsusive made rubberstamps of it. I think they are great! They have a unique carisma. On this card I stamped the background using resisttechnique and sponging afterwards. The large sun image I stamped with 3 colours of Memento ink. This image is really sending sunshine and the text I used is very suitable. It's from the Loving Sentiments sheet.

Hallo stempelaars, hier weer een andere kaart met gebruik van de Earth Spirit sheet. Carrie , een medewerker bij Elusive ontwierp en maakte het handgesneden origineel. Daarna zijn er rubber stempels van gemaakt door Elusive. Ik vind ze prachtig, ze hebben een aparte uitstraling. Bij deze kaart heb ik voor de achtergrond de resisttechniek gebruikt en daarna gesponsd. De grote zonafbeelding heb ik gestempeld met 3 verschillende kleuren Memento inkt. Dit plaatje straalt echt zonneschijn uit en de tekst is dan wel heel toepasselijk! Het is van het 'Loving Sentiments' sheet.

The 2nd one I made sing only black and white. Using those colours always creates a sharp look I think. The sunimage on the background and the 'woman' image embossed with white EP on black as the opposite. A beautiful text from the loving sentiments sheet complements the card well.

De tweede heb ik gemaakt alleen met gebruik van zwart en wit. Dat geeft een scherpe uitstraling altijd vind ik. De zon afbeelding gestempeld op de achtergrond en het vrouwefiguur met wit geembosst op het zwart als tegengestelde. Een mooie tekst van het Loving Sentiments sheet vult de kaart mooi aan.

New Elusive stamps from the Earth Spirit sheet.......... nieuwe Elusive stempels van de Earth Spirit sheet

I stamped the sun with Stazon black onto the 'mirri' paper and layered it on black paper. The background paper is one of the Echos of Italy, marble background also stamped with black Stazon. The text is from the 'Loving Sentiments' sheet.

Ik heb de zon afgedrukt met zwarte Stazon op het spiegel karton en gemat op zwart papier. Het achtergrond papier is van de Echos of Italy, de marmer achtergrond is ook bestempeld met zwarte Stazon. De tekst is van de 'Loving Sentiments' sheet.

At the 2nd card I used black sparkle EP onto the sunset image and coloured it with aquarelmarkers. I used a beautiful emboss. folder and the Crealies flowers and leafs. Added a black ribbon and the red sunset was finished.

Bij de tweede kaart heb ik de zonsondergang geembosst met zwarte sparkle emb. poeder en gekleurd met aquarelstiften. Een mooie embossing mal gebruikt en de Crealies bloemen en bladeren. Nog een zwart lint erom en de rode zonsondergang was klaar.

new stamps Elusive Images......Christmas Nieuwe stempels van Elusive Images

I made this one on craft paper and gave accents with a white pencil. Added some pearls and flowers and used on the background the pine cone branch from the New England sheet, also very beautiful. Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt op craft papier en accenten gegeven met wit potlood. Wat parels erbij en bloemen. Op de achtergrond heb ik de denneappel tak van de New England sheet gebruikt, ook erg mooi. De link zie je hierboven.

Another one from this sheet(below) is the tree with the rocking horse, also on craft and using white pencil. Added Crealies flowers (flowers nr.15http://www.crealies.nl/) and some pearls and pearlpens. On the background I used a snowflake impressability with white ink.

Een andere afbeelding op deze sheet is de boom met het schommelpaard, ook op carftpapier in combinatie met wit potlood. Hier heb ik de Crealies bloemen nr. 15 gebruikt en wat parels en parelpennen gebruikt. Op de achtergrond heb ik een sneeuwvlok impressability gebruikt met witte inkt.

And the last one is this beautiful angel from the same sheet, one of my favourites. I always love angels to work with...........but remember never drive faster than your angels can fly!( it's not my quote!)LOL

I used a special background paper technique with crunching the (thin)paper and inking and adding water and drying and crunching again and embossing with copper EP. It's a really nice technique to play with. I stamped the angel with Memento and coloured her with copic markers. Made a halo of a nestability and added some gemstones. Behind the card of the angel you see the beautiful paper of the Echo's of Italy. It fits perfectly with the angelcard.

En de laatste is deze prachtige engel van hetzelfde sheet, een van mijn favourieten. Ik hou er van om met engelen te werken.....maar onthou dat je nooit harder moet rijden dan je engelen kunnen vliegen( is niet van mij hoor) LOL

Ik heb een speciale achtergrondpapier techniek gebruikt waarbij (dun) papier gekreukt wordt en beiinkt met diverse kleuren, natgespoten en gedroogd, weer gekreukt en geembosst met koper. Daarna geplakt op steviger papier en laten drogen. Daarna kan het verwerkt worden. Een leuke techniek om mee te spelen. Als ondergrond voor de kaart heb ik het mooie papier van EI gebruikt: Echo's of Italy. Het paste mooi bij de engelkaart.

Ten eerste iedereen bedankt voor de leuke reacties en hoop dat jullie van de bloghop en de mooie voorbeelden van alle Halloween creaties genoten hebben. Hoop dat we jullie geinspireerd hebben! Zeker hoop ik jullie weer te ontmoeten op mijn blog!

This is my last Halloween creation for this bloghopweek, maybe there will be more during the following weeks until Halloween. This is my favourite stamp, the candle.....it's so crisp and beautiful. Lovely to colour and adding some glitters for the flame.I stamped it with black Stazon and coloured it with Derwent soft colour. Also used a paper from the 'Simply Elegance' papers. On the background beneath my card I used some of the 'Echos of Italy' paper. They are really gorgeous.Elsuive has also CD's to print your own backgroundpapers, some of them goes perfect with some stamps.The same patterns repeat in the papers.

Dit is mijn laatste Halloween kaart voor deze bloghopweek misschien komen er nog meer gedurende de komende weken tot Halloween. Dit is mijn favouriete stempel, de kandelaar, zo fijntjes en mooi.Heerlijk om in te kleuren en wat glitters aan te brengen op het vlammetje.Heb weer het 'simply elegance' papier gebruikt en achter de kaart het papier van 'echos of Italy'. Het papier is echt prachtig. Elusive heeft ook CD's waarmee je je eigen achtergrond papier kan printen. Sommige passen perfect bij de stempels. Hetzelfde patroon komt dan terug in het papier.

4th creation Halloween............

Hello bloghoppers, Halloweenfans and other crafters, for now almost my last 'witchy' creation for this week, maybe tomorrow another one..........
I had some left-overs from last year Basic Grey Halloween paper. I did torn a hole in the middle of the paper and curled it to the outside using a sate-pen. Added some extra tears here and there.... Again used the same sponging technique with a mesh. Added some glitters as you can see.


Hallo bloghoppers, Halloweenfans en andere knutselaars, bijna mijn laatste Halloween creatie voor deze week, misschien morgen nog een.......
Ik had nog wat restjes van het Basic Grey Halloween papier van vorig jaar. Ik scheurde een gat in het midden van het papier en krulde het om naar de buitenkant met een sate prikker. Hier en daar nog wat extra scheurtjes.....Opnieuw bij de afbeelding de sponstechniek gebruikmaken van een raster. En nog wat glitters zoals je kunt zien.

2nd creation for Halloween blogcandy...another creepy card.....

Hello bloghoppers and other creative followers, welcome to the 2nd Halloween message. I made this card using also a left-over piece of the 'simply Elegance' papers and the 'craquelee' background is one of the 'echos of Italy' papers. For the black embossed piece I used 'black magic' color core' paper and sand it. Then the magic happens.....the embossed motif started to have a pink colour! On the tag I stamped the images with Versafine black en used the sponging technique with the cats-eyes. Also used some meshes as you can see. Love to work with those meshes.Added also some white accents with pencil. Put it on black paper, add a ribbon and attached it to the card.

Hallo bloghoppers en andere creatieve volgers, welkom bij het 2e Halloween item. Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met een kleine strook van het 'Simply Elegance'papier en de cracquelee achtergrond is van de 'echos of Italy' papierlijn.Het zwart geembosste papier is 'black magic'color core papier.Even opschuren en 'het 'magische' gebeurt.......de geembosste delen worden roze! De afbeeldingen zijn met Versafine zwart gestempeld en ik heb weer de sponstechniek voor de achtergrond gebruikt. Zoals je kunt zien heb ik ook 'mesh'(rasters) gebruikt voor leuke accenten.Ik vind het heerlijk om met allerlei rasters te werken. Nog wat witte accenten en de label gemat op zwart. Lintje erdoor en bevestigd op de kaart.

Hello there, all you bloghopcandy visitors and others who wants to be inspired by the new spooky Halloweenstamps of Elusive Images.





This is my contribution to the bloghop. I made this card using the beautiful 'Simply Elegance' papers. I put the lilac one behind my stamped image and another one behind my card only to show how beautiful this paper is. I used a 'sponging' technique with the colorbox catseyes. On the inside card I used lilac, purple and orange cats-eyes and stamped the bats with purple. I used the same colours on the background of the stamped image and stamped the spooky house with versafine black.In the windows I added some fine glitters but the photo doesn't shows that very well.

Hallo daar bloghopcandy bezoekers en anderen die geinspireerd willen worden door de nieuwe mooie en griezelige Halloween stempels van Elusive Images. Dit is mijn bijdrage aan de bloghop. Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met gebruik van de prachtige 'simply elegance' papierlijn van Elusive. Het lila papier achter de gestempelde afbeelding en ook als achtergrond voor de hele kaart om te laten zien hoe mooi dit papier is. Ik heb de sponstechniek gebruikt met de colorbox cats-eyes. Aan de binnenkant van de kaart heb ik lila, paars en oranje cats-eyes gebruikt en de vleermuizen zijn gestempeld met paars. Hier heb ik ook nog een raster gebruikt zoals je een beetje kunt zien. Het 'spooky'huis is met Versafine zwart gestempeld. In de ramen nog wat fijne glitter, maar dat zie je op de foto niet.

Om in aanmerking te komen, is dit wat je moet doen:
