Bouquet of flowers from designs by Ryn........

Hi there,

Today another creation with the lovely flowers and leaves from designs by Ryn. I've used  the Leafy branch, the Day Lily and African Daisy and the Lucine butterfly.I've stamped on subtle patterned scrap paper and coloured with pencils.I did enjoy this to create, one of my favorite techniques........(among a lot of others LOL)The sentiment is from Chocolate Baroque.

Vandaag een andere creatie met de mooie bloemen en blaadjes van designs by Ryn. Ik heb hier de Leafy branch, de Day Lily, de African Daisy en tot slot de Lucine vlinder gebruikt. Ik heb gestempeld op een subtiel gedessineerd scrappapier en gekleurd met potloden. Heer lijk om dit te doen, een van mijn favoriete technieken(naast een heleboel andere LOL) De tekst is van Chocolate Baroque.

I've added some glossy accents on the body and gave the butterfly a furry finish .......

Ik heb wat glossy accents op het lijfje gedaan en heb de vlinder een beetje hariger gemaakt.........

Steampunk birds......new stamps Chocolate Baroque

At first I wanted to say that I've enjoyed reading your comments on my previous post, really heartwarming! Hope I did inspire you with it...........

Today a creation made with the gorgeous new steampunk birds from Chocolate Baroque. A great add to the other steampunksets.
I've used bright and zingy colours and I've added also the Nature and Abstract fragments on the background. These fragments are again fabulous and one of my favorites along with the other fragments sets from CB. Especially if you like birds, like me as I am a 'phoenix'........

Allereerst even zeggen dat ik jullie reacties op de vorige post hartverwarmend vond. Heerlijk om te lezen dat jullie ervan genoten hebben en hopelijk inspireer ik je er mee.............

Vandaag een creatie met de geweldig leuke nieuwe Steampunk birds van Chocolate Baroque. Een geweldige aanvulling op de andere steampunk sets, zeker als je van vogels houdt zoals ik, de 'vuurvogel'.
Ik heb heldere en krachtige kleuren gebruikt en op de achtergrond ook de Nature and Abstract fragments gebruikt die weer een van mijn favorieten zijn samen met de andere textuur en fragment sets van CB.

As you can see I've also used utee on the technique tiles and printed a stamp of gears into it when the utee was still soft. Than I added some pearl ex, you can see the subtle glow of it.

Zoals je kunt zien heb ik ook utee op techniek tiles( van Technique Tuesday en nog te koop bij de Posthumuswinkel) gebruikt( soort chipboard vormen) en een stempel van radertjes ingedrukt terwijl de utee nog zacht was. Hierna wat pearl-ex poeder erin gewreven, je kunt de zachte glans ervan zien.

Mini stamps inspirations Chocolate Baroque...........

Today I will show you the workshopcards made with the mini stamps of Chocolate Baroque. They are perfect to work on squares and create some mini landscapes..........there is a 'mail art' and 'mini script' art sheet and a 'teeny weeny meadow' and a 'Curiosities sheet. I've combined it also with the Paris collection sheets.

Vandaag diverse workshopkaarten gemaakt met de mini stamps of Chocolate Baroque. Ze zijn perfect om op vierkantjes te verwerken en mini landschapjes te creëren......er is een mini  mail art' en een 'mini script' en een 'teeny weeny meadow' en tot slot de mini 'Curiosities sheet. Ik heb ze gecombineerd met de Paris collection . Je ziet de sets hieronder allemaal.

De stemmpels zijn te koop bij de Posthumuswinkel in Amsterdam waar ook de voorbeelden en nog veel meer te zien zijn.

The first card is made using the blending technique with Distress inks and adding some pearl ex. The flourish and quote are from Impression Obsession.

De eerste kaart is gemaakt door Distress inkten te blenden en wat pearl ex accenten. De flourish en tekst zijn van Impression Obsession.

2nd one......9 squares blended with the same colours and some gold embossing, on the black card you see the decorative edges from Chocolate Baroque with pearl ex gold.

3rd one......same colour combi only using the mini mail art sheet here, on the background the decorative edges and the IO flourish

4th........9 squares using Autumn colours and the Teeny weeny meadow set, the bubble edge with pearl ex from the Decorative edges sheet.

And the last two are made on kraft paper with the mini Curiosities and the Paris sheets.

I've used the Micro pearl here on the Flourish and some Paltinum embossing on little swirls

Hier heb ik de Micro pearl gebruikt op de flourish en platina embossing op kleine swirls.

Spiraling into the center..........

It's been a while....busy busy....and finally I had some play time with the latest stamp designs of Ryn. I've used the Spiral set..... I love spirals...they have something  magical and I always feel attracted to them. I always look for them on Pinterest and put them on the board patterns and structures.
This background was made using oilpastels and I've blended them with a special medium for oil colour. You can also use the odourless turpentine. I've stamped the spirals with purple and yellow and I've coloured them with pencils and a white gelpen for accents.
The lovely quote is from the Fairylands words from Chocolate Baroque.

Weer een tijdje geleden...druk druk.......en eindelijk weer even tijd voor een kaart met de stempels van designs by Ryn. Deze keer de Spiral set...... ik hou van spiralen...ze hebben iets magisch en ik voel me er toe aangetrokken. Ik heb er dan ook diversen staan op mijn board patronen en strucuren op Pinterest.
Deze achtergrond is gemaakt met oliepastels en een speciaal daarvoor bestemd medium om te blenden. Je kunt er ook geurloze terpentine voor gebruiken. De spiralen zijn gestempeld met paars en geel en bewerkt met kleurpotlood en gelpen. De mooie tekst is van de Fairylands words van Chocolate Baroque.

Christmas creations with Chocolate Baroque- Kerst creaties met Chocolate Baroque

Today several Christmas creations with the gorgeous designs of Chocolate Baroque. I've had several backgrounds waiting to be finished.....so here they are........
I've used the Big Bold Backgrounds......'Snowflake Outline' and 'Dotty Snowflake'. I've made them all using the acrylic bloc technique and Distress inks.

Vandaag verschillende kerst creaties met de prachtige ontwerpen van Chocolate Baroque. Er lagen nog diverse achtergronden te wachten om afgemaakt te worden.......dus hier zijn ze.......
Ik heb de Big Bold achtergronden gebruikt......'Snowflake Outline' en 'Dotty Snowflake'.Alle voorbeelden zijn gemaakt met de acrylblok techniek en Distress inkten.( zie mijn boekje 'More 'Mir'acle art)

and here is the 2nd one with not such traditional Christmas colours........also made with the acrylic bloc technique. After that I've embossed with WOW seafoam white. The dies are from Joy and Memorybox.

En hier is de tweede, dit keer geen traditionele kerstkleuren..... Daarna geembosst met WOW seafoam white. De snijmallen zijn van Joy en Memorybox.

The 3rd one .......well another idea to use Autumn colours for a Christmas card....why not?
I really like the patch of light here.....you can't quit control that with the acryl bloc technique, little miracles just happen........again the snowflake dies from Joy here. They are so lovely and crisp.
I've used the 'Reindeer Landscape' from CB and  the Dotty Snowflake on the background.

De 3e......weer eens wat anders om herfst kleuren te gebruiken voor een kerstkaart.....waarom ook niet? Ik vind de strook licht hier zo mooi......je kunt het niet helemaal sturen met de acrylbloc techniek maar kleine wondertjes gebeuren zo nu en dan.......ook weer de sneeuwvlok mallen van Joy. Ze zijn zo mooi en fijntjes.
Ik heb hier het Reindeer Landscape' van CB en de  Dotty Snowflake gebruikt.

The quote is from the  'Bold Christmas words' and stamped onto the Spellbinders 'petite labels one', which is a lovely die also in combination with the matching embossing folder. 

De tekst is van de Bold Christmas words' en gestempeld op de Spellbinders 'petite labels one' wat een leuke snijmal is die ook perfect matcht met de embossingfolder van Spellbinders.

And the last one for now.........this background was made by my son( with a little help with a little help from his mum) and I did use it for this card. I've used also the 'Winter edges'sheet from CB and the quote from the 'Bold Christmas words'. Again the snowflake dies from Joy.

En de laatste voor nu........de achtergrond is gemaakt door mijn zoon (met een beetje hulp van zijn mamma) en ik heb 'm gebruikt voor deze kaart. Ik heb hier ook de Winter edges'sheet from CB en de tekst van de 'Bold Christmas words' gebruikt. En weer de sneeuwvlok mallen van Joy.

3 Crealies creations in combination with Chocolate Baroque.......

Today my final blogpost for Crealies this month! I've made three different creations using new products of Crealies in combination with the Chocolate Baroque stamps. 

Here they are.......
The 1st one is a very simple one but effective with the white and the rainbow colours. I've die cut the duo butterfly no.1 in all the colours and stamped the word 'Vlindergroetjes' which means Butterfly greetings also in rainbow colours. I've used also the creative border no. 16 and added some pearls on it.

Vandaag mijn laatste blogpost voor de maand oktober als gastdesigner van Crealies. Ik heb 3 verschillende creaties gemaakt met nieuwe producten in combinatie met de Chocolate Baroque stempels.

Hier zijn ze......
De eerste is een eenvoudige maar effectieve met wit en de regenboog kleuren. Ik heb de duo butterfly no.1 in alle kleuren gestanst en de tekst 'Vlindergroetjes' ook in deze kleuren gestempeld. Ik heb hier ook de creative border nr.16 gebruikt en nog wat parels toegevoegd.

2nd card- Butterfly flourish

I've made the 2nd one using the Butterfly flourish sheet from Chocolate Baroque, a lovely sheet with lots of swirly flourishes. I've also used one of the new Decorette dies from Crealies, this is no.3 a hexagon one......I've stamped all with black and coloured the butterflies with Copic markers and decoupaged them. The flowers come from Crealies and it is Creative flower no.19, I've cut them out black paper and used the Distress stain Pewter on the edges. I've stamped the bits&pieces no.7 and the text 'jouw moment' which means  'your moment'. Just added some gemstones and it was done.......

2e kaart- Butterfly flourish

Ik heb de 2e gemaakt met de Butterfly flourish sheet van Chocolate Baroque, een mooie sheet met veel krullerige bloemen en vlinders. Ik heb ook een van de nieuwe Decorette stansen gebruikt van Crealies, dit is nr. 3, een hexagon vorm......Ik heb alles gestempeld met zwarte inkt en de vlinders zijn gekleurd met Copic markers en daarna uitgeknipt. De bloemen komen ook van Crealies en dit is de creative flower nr. 19. Ze zijn uit zwart papier gesneden en daarna bewerkt met Distress stain Pewter. Ik heb de Bits&pieces nr. 7 en de tekst ' jouw moment' gestempeld. Nog wat steentjes erbij en het was af.........

and the last one no.3......Honey bee

I've stamped the honeycomb fragment from the Honey bee sheet from Chocolate Baroque on yellow card using Memento Peanut brittle. I've stamped the sunflower with bees partially onto the small piece of paper and coloured it with pencils. I've stamped 3 bees extra and coloured them and decoupaged them. I've used again the Decorette no.3 and the bits & pieces no.7 from Crealies. The creative flower is no.2 from Crealies which I've blended a bit with black Distress ink.

Ik heb het honingraat fragment van de Honey Bee sheet van Chocolate Baroque op geel papier gestempeld met Memento Peanut brittle. Ik heb de zonnebloem met bijtjes gedeeltelijk op het smalle strookje gestempeld en gekleurd met potloden. Ik heb de 3 bijen extra gestempeld en uitgeknipt. Ook hier weer de Decorette no.3 stans en de bits & pieces no.7 van Crealies gebruikt. De creative flower is nr. 2 van Crealies die ik heb bewerkt met zwarte Distress inkt.

I've added some ultrafine glitter on the wings..........I've just noticed that the little bee in the left upper corner has moved...LOL probably he was trying to fly away!

Ik heb nog wat ultrafijne glitter voor de vleugeltjes gebruikt........Ik zie zojuist dat het kleine bijtje in de linker bovenhoek heeft bewogen....LOL hij wilde waarschijnlijk wegvliegen!(kon 'm helaas niet meer terug schuiven want de kaarten zitten al in de vlop voor Annelies)

It was fun to work again with the lovely dies and hope to have inspired you with my view on it!

Het was leuk om weer met de mooie stansen te werken en hoop je geinspireerd te hebben met mijn inbreng!
