Pan Pastel pearls joining Spring........

Today another Spring time card made with Distress inks and layer of Pan Pastels.

I showed you the other workshop version some blogposts ago and this one is the more extended version with more die cut flowers. The same technique as the other card.......

Vandaag weer een echte Lente kaart gemaakt met Distress inkten en de parelmoer Pan Pastels. Ik had de workshop versie al laten zien een paar blogposten hiervoor en deze is wat uitgebreider met meer bloemen. Dezelfde techniek als de andere kaart

A background made blending Distress inks and than some water spattering. Stamped  some layers using Versamark and the pearl Pan Pastels. And the last layer was stamped using Memento inks. This is a stamp sheet from Joy crafts.( Spring Blossom) The die cut flowers are from Crafters companion. Each set (an open and closed flower) has 31 dies!

Een achtergrond gemaakt met het blenden van Distress inkten, hierna wat water gespetterd. Wat lagen gestempeld met Versamark en parelmoer Pan Pastels. De laatste laag met Memento inkten. Dit is een stempelset van Joy (Spring Blossom) De bloemen stans is van Crafters Companion. Elke set( een open en dichte) heeft 31 mallen!

Beautiful Hibiscus.........in the dark and in the light......

Today I have two creations for you made by the new beautiful designs from designs by Ryn. 

This is the Hibiscus set and I also used the matching stencil. How cool is that, a matching stencil to work with the stamps!

I had these inky backgrounds waiting for a play and the dark one is made with unusual colors for me. But I like the dramatic effect and I also used the Flower Lace 1 stamp on the background and the Trickling water 2 and Trickling water set.

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag twee creaties voor jullie gemaakt met de nieuwe stempels van designs by Ryn. Dit is de Hibiscus set  en ik heb ook het matching stencil gebruikt. Hoe gaaf is dat, een bijpassend stencil bij je stempel!

Deze inkt achtergronden lagen al een tijdje te wachten op een speel moment en de donkere heeft voor mij zeker ongewone kleuren. Maar ik vind het dramatische effect ervan wel mooi. Ik heb hierbij ook de the Flower Lace 1 stempel gebruikt en op de achtergrond ook de Trickling water 2 en Trickling water set.

And this is the 2nd one which almost disappeared in the bin....yes I have that too........did not like it in the first stage but the people I was with at that time of creating told me not to do that.......so I kept on going......and this is the result(still not quit satisfied but OK sometimes you have to accept that) Here I've added also the beautiful Waterdroplets. All the droplet designs from Ryn are the most beautiful there are!

En de tweede die bijna in de prullenbak verdween......ja , ik heb dat ook.....vond m niet mooi in de eerste fase maar de mensen met wie ik was op dat moment zeiden dat niet te doen......dus ging ik door....en dit is het resultaat( nog steeds niet helemaal tevreden maar soms moet je dat gewoon accepteren) Hier heb ik de mooie Waterdroplets gebruikt. Al de waterdruppels ontwerpen van Ryn zijn de mooiste die er zijn!

I have used color pencils and on the background I have used the Hibiscus stencil with Perfect Pearls. First dabbed some Versamark and than applied the perfect pearls. It creates a lovely shine in a certain angle of light........

Ik heb kleurpotloden gebruikt voor beide kaarten en bij het stencil heb ik de Perfect pearls weer eens tevoorschijn gehaald. Eerst Versamark in het stencil gesponst en dan bewerkt met de Perfect pearls. Het geeft z' on mooie weerschijn bij een bepaalde lichtval.......

Lovely Orchid and Pan Pastels..........

Today two workshop cards made with Pan Pastels, Belleek technique, inks and coloring with Pastel pencils.

One is made with Vintage colors the other one with light and soft colors. I have been working with the latest Orchid die from Marianne design, the oval frame is from Joy and the embossing folder is from the Vintage series of Crafters Companion. It's a pity that these embossing folders are discontinued. I've used a glimmer fixative spray for the flowers and image.

Vandaag twee workshopkaarten die gemaakt zijn bij 't Hobbyschuurke in Ridderkerk. Pan Pastels, Belleek techniek(embossingfolder), inkt en kleuren met Pastel potloden.
De eerste kaart heeft een vintage uitstraling en de andere heeft lichte en zachte kleuren. Ik heb gewerkt met de orchidee mal van Marianne design. Ik vind m prachtig! Het ovaal frame is van Joy en de emboss.folder is van Crafters Companion. Helaas is deze serie eruit en niet meer verkrijgbaar!
Kom fabrikanten....maak weer eens wat grotere vierkante embossingfolders!
De bloemen en het ovaal zijn gefixeerd met een glitter spray.
Alle materialen zijn hier dan ook te koop!

The 2nd one is made using the Spring blossom stamp from Joy crafts.

De tweede is gemaakt met de stempels van Joy, de Spring blossom set.

Great news.........New designs of Ryn!!

Hi there,

Not so much around these days but for a good reason.........I had a nose surgery and it's not a very pleasant one( it's only the 6th in row)....but which surgery is? But today they removed all the bandages(and it's a lot that they can push into your head!) so from now on it will go better........For two weeks I have to take it easy and than I maybe am able to smell the fresh grass and Spring again!

But the great news I wanted to share is this; Ryn has been working on new designs and I can say they are so beautiful! New designs in rubber as well in stencils! That's a great  way to design!

Maybe you've seen them already because I am a bit behind but I wanted to share them anyway.

Still proud and happy to be on her team! Thank you for that Ryn! Sometimes I wish I could create more but sometimes life got in the way........

During the time I am on the team I have made several creations and here a collage

here they are..........and I must say looking at them all.....it was a real joy to create and play with those lovely designs! And a person who designs such beautiful things can only be a lovely person too, don't you think?

Niet zo veel in blogland geweest maar voor een goede reden.........ik ben geopereerd aan mijn neus en het het is niet echt een pretje(pas voor de 6e keer) ....maar ja dat is geen enkele operatie he?

Vandaag is het verband en tampons verwijderd( en ze kunnen heel wat kwijt in je hoofd) dus van nu af aan weer opknappen. Twee weekjes rustig aan en dan kan ik eindelijk weer eens wat ruiken.

Maar het andere nieuws wat ik met jullie wilde delen is; Ryn heeft weer prachtige nieuwe ontwerpen gemaakt en ze zijn zo mooi! Nieuwe ontwerpen zowel in rubber als in stencils. Dat is nog eens fijn ontwerpen. Misschien heb je ze al gezien want ik loop een beetje achter maar wilde het toch even delen en een beetje feestelijk maken......

Nog steed trots en blij dat ik in haar team zit! Bedankt daarvoor Ryn! Vaak zou ik willen dat ik meer voor haar kon maken maar ja....tijd......en het leven zit soms in de weg......

Gedurende de tijd dat ik in het team zit heb ik al aardig wat gemaakt en hiervan heb ik wat collages gemaakt........

hier zijn ze......en ik moet zeggen, als ik ze zo bij elkaar zie....het was een echt plezier om ze te maken en ermee te spelen! Iemand die zulke mooie dingen ontwerpt moet ook wel een ' mooi' iemand  zijn en daar ben ik van overtuigd door de tijd dat ik contact heb met Ryn.

More workshop cards.....

Today the other promised cards.........I am glad today that the owner of the Hobbyschuurke has now some of the Chocolate Baroque stamps, so I can work with the there too! This time we coloured on kraft paper with the lovely Magnolia and embossed the beautiful flower and leaves from the Fresh blooms sheet. The sentiment is from Marianne design.

Vandaag de andere beloofde kaarten.......ik ben blij dat de eigenaresse van het Hobbyschuurke wat van de Chocolate Baroque stempels in het assortiment heeft, dus daar heb ik ook mee gewerkt! We hebben gekleurd op kraft papier met de mooie Magnolia en geembosst met de prachtige bloemen van Fresh Blooms. De tekst is van Marianne Design. Deze stempels zijn dus allemaal te koop bij 't Hobbyschuurke. (staan niet op de website!)

This is the last one of the workshop cards and the black one is just to show what you can do coloring on black paper. Here I've used one of the new cling mount stamps called ' Arched Landscape' and again the Fresh Blooms. Sentiments are from Marianne Design.

De laatste van de workshop kaarten, de zwarte is alleen om aan te geven hoe het eruit ziet op zwart papier. De eerste hebben we dus gemaakt. Ik heb hier de cling stempel Arched Landscape en de Fresh blooms gebruikt. De tekst is weer van Marianne Design.

Workshop cards.........

I am a bit behind showing the workshop and make and take cards and I promised that to the participants, so here they are..........the first 4 cards are made using Pan Pastels on the background and the new dies and clear stamps of Leane.

ik loop een beetje achter met de workshop kaarten en make en takes en ik had beloofd aan de deelnemers ze op m'n blog te zetten, dus hier zijn ze....... de eerste 4 kaarten zijn gemaakt met een achtergrond van Pan Pastels en de nieuwe mallen en clear stempels van Leane. Je kunt ze hier vinden.

Than onto the next workshop......... made on an inky background using Distress inks and layers with Pan Pastels and inks stamping the lovely Springtime stamps of Joy crafts.

Dan op naar de volgende workshop kaart.....gemaakt op een inkt achtergrond met Distress inkten en lagen van Pan Pastels en inkt. Hier heb ik de mooie clear sheet gebruikt van Joycrafts ' Cherry Blossom tree'.

Ook verkrijgbaar bij 't Hobbyschuurke in Ridderkerk.

Than another one which will be a make and take on March 28th at the Hobbyschuurke in Ridderkerk.

Also made with the same stamps of Joycrafts.

Dan nog een andere  kaart die gemaakt kan worden tijdens een make en take op 28 maart bij t' Hobbyschuurke. Ook met dezelfde stempelsheet van Joycrafts. Heb je interesse, meld je aan bij t Hobbyschuurke in Ridderkerk. Er kunnen totaal 15 mensen deelnemen en vol is vol.

Another Hummingbird.....from designs by Ryn

Today my promised second make.........do you remember the first stage of it? This time I've used the Hummingbird 3. There are still two other lovely Hummingbirds designed by Ryn.

Zoals beloofd mijn tweede creatie.........weet je de eerste fase nog van deze kaart? Deze keer gebruikte ik de Hummingbird 3. Er zijn nog twee andere mooie kolibries gemaakt door Ryn.

And this was born after coloring and adding the Spiral branch set   and fill in the leaves with some sparkling Maya Gold paint (Silver)

En deze was geboren na kleuren en toevoegen van de Spiral branch set  en het inkleuren van de blaadjes met Maya Gold paint (silver)

I really love these tiny gracious birds and it's a joy to color them........

Fly Hummingbird just fly........

Today I want to show you some of my very enjoyable playing moments which I had with these stamps of design by Ryn. It has been a while since I made a creation for Ryn and I am glad that I have finally managed..........

These hummingbirds(yes....there are more) are so lovely and great to bring alive with color or inks.  You see here ' Hummingbird 2.

They like to be in a beautiful environment with the beautiful  Day Lilies, the Leafy branch and the even more beautiful water droplets. This time I've used the latest ' hanging droplet set' which is so realistic that you think you can grab them from the paper.......

I've made a background with fluid inks and stamped the bird, flowers and leaves with white ink. Than the meditative proces started........colouring. I always enjoy that so much!

Hallo allemaal,

Vandaag wil ik jullie een van mijn heerlijke ' speel momenten' laten zien die ik had met de stempels van designs by Ryn. Het is alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik wat gemaakt heb voor Ryn en ik ben blij dat het nu eindelijk zover is.........

Deze kolibries (ja, er zijn er meer) zijn zo mooi en heerlijk om tot leven te brengen met kleur en inkt. Ze vertoeven graag in een mooie omgeving tussen bloemen zoals de mooie Day Lilies, de  Leafy branch en de nog mooiere waterdruppels. Deze keer heb ik de laatste nieuwe ' hanging droplet set' gebruikt, die zo realistisch is dat je denkt hem zo van het papier te kunnen pakken.

Ik heb de achtergrond weer met vloeibare inkten gemaakt en de volgel, bloemen en bladeren met witte inkt gestempeld. Toen kon het meditatieve proces beginnen.....kleuren...........o wat is dat toch heerlijk!

I just coloured the flowers partially and I think it creates a bit of transparancy......

Ik heb de bloemen gedeeltelijk gekleurd en het geeft een transparant effect vind ik........

Well, hope you've enjoyed looking at it as much I did creating it..... and I will show you a sneak peak of my next Ryn project........still need to be coloured......can you already imagine it?
