New stamps Chocolate Baroque, Terrific Treescapes

I've been playing again with the Pan Pastels and also with the Halloween sheet 'Witches brew'.

Vandaag de introductie van een nieuwe clear sheet 'Terrific Treescapes'. Ze zijn prachtig en veelzijdig  in gebruik. Het design team zal binnenkort laten zien hoe veelzijdig!Ze hebben weer prachtig artwork gemaakt, dus hou het DT blog in het oog en hun eigen blogs!

Ik heb weer heerlijk met de 'Pannetjes' gespeeld en ook met de Halloween sheet 'Witches brew'.

on the card  below I worked on paper with a linen structure, that gives a beautiful result!Also used here the beautiful swirl from the 'Butterfly Dreams' sheet.

op deze kaart heb ik gewerkt op papier met linnen structuur wat een heel mooi resultaat geeft. Ook heb ik hier de mooie swirl van de 'Butterfly Dreams' sheet gebruikt.

New stamps Chocolate Baroque!

Some of you has probably seen it yet on the CB website but today Glenda, owner of Chocolate Baroque has launched a really fabulous sheet called 'Tangled Garden'! You can see some great examples on the website next to the sheet, made by Lesley. It's great for 'tangling' but also for colouring and plain stamping, can you see the possibilities already? This is really a must-have I think!

Soon I will be posting more examples and of course my talented teamies will also show their creations, so keep an eye on their blogs and the DT blog!

I've made a 'waterfall'card  with it.......here it is. Always thought it was a very difficult card but it isn't, when you finally know how to make it LOL.....

Sommigen van jullie hebben het misschien al gezien op de CB website maar vandaag heeft Glenda, de eigenaresse van Chocolate Baroque een waanzinnig mooi nieuw sheet geintroduceerd genaamd 'Tangled Garden'! Op de website kun je al wat mooie voorbeelden zien naast het sheet, gemaakt door Lesley. Het is ook geweldig voor 'tangelen' maar ook voor inkleuren en gewoon stempelen, kun je de mogelijkheden al zien? Dit is echt een must-have, vind ik!

Ik heb er een waterval kaart mee gemaakt, m'n eerste......dacht altijd dat die heel moeilijk waren maar het valt reuze mee.......als je het eenmaal weet LOL

Pan Pastel on flowers........Pan Pastel op bloemen

As promised some more Pan Pastel creations, this time another style using lots of flowers and emboss folders and Spellbinders frames. I was inspired by the cards made by Kittie Carraciolo of Kitties craft, take a look at her blog to see what I am talking about......she works a lot with die cut flowers and creates lovely scenes with all sort of die cuts. I've made most of these cards 'ton sur ton', always like that...... I've used all the Pan Pastel Ultramarine colours( tint/colour/shade/extra dark) Also used the Crealies creative flowers no.18 and the creative shape no.21 for the branches. On the background a M bossability  folder of Spellbinders and decorative labels one. The image is a Memorybox stamp.

Zoals beloofd nog meer Pan Pastel creaties, deze keer in een andere stijl waarbij veel bloemen, embossmallen en Spellbinder mallen. Ik ben al een tijdje geinspireerd door de kaarten gemaakt door Kittie Carraciolo van Kitties Craft, neem een kijkje op haar blog om te zien waar ik het over heb......ze werkt veel met mallen van bloemen en maakt prachtige tafereeltjes van allerlei snij mallen. Ik heb de meeste kaarten 'ton sur ton'gemaakt, hetgeen ik altijd mooi vind.... ik heb hier alle tinten Pan Pastel Ultramarijn gebruikt ( tint, kleur, schaduw,extra donker)Ook hier de Crealies creative flowers no.18 en de creative shape no.21 voor de takjes. Op de achtergrond een M bossability emboss. mal van Spellbinders en de decorative labels 1. De afbeelding is een Memorybox stempel.

The second card has been made with the 'Belleek technique'. Take a look at the blog of Kitties craft for more info about this technique. This time I've used the Crealies creative flower no.2, the leaves are from Memorybox and the branches with the dots are from Marianne Design. The floral oval frame is from Spellbinders. I've used the Pan Pastel Burnt Sienna tint, colour and shade. I've used Antique Linen for the Belleek technique.

De tweede kaart is gemaakt met de 'Belleek technique'. Neem een kijkje op het blog van Kitties craft voor meer info over deze techniek.Deze keer heb ik de Crealies creative flower no.2 gebruikt, de blaadjes zijn van de Memorybox en de takjes met de bolletjes van Marianne Design. Het ovalen frame is van Spellbinders. Ik heb hier Pan Pastel Burnt Sienna, tint, colour en shade gebruikt. Antique Linen gebruikt voor de Belleek techniek.

And for now the last one using the Victorian Velvet ink on the background......and for the PP's the Permanent Red tint, and shade. Again the creative flower no.1 from Crealies and the creative shape no. 21. Again a Spellbinders die for the frame which fits perfect on this M Bossability folder. The clear stamp text(thinking of you in Dutch) is from Crealies and the swirls are from Viva decor.

En voor de laatste heb ik Victorian Velvet gebruikt voor de achtergrond.....en voor de PP's een Permanent Red Tint en shade. Weer de creative flower no.1 van Crealies en de creative shape no.21. Weer een Spellbinders frame mal die heel goed past op de M Bossability. De stempel tekst is van Crealies en de swirls van Viva Decor.

Pan Pastel creation....finally had a play!

Finally had a long play with the Pan Pastels......had them for quit a while in my stash but did not have played with them! But a friend who has a craft shop near by asked me if I wanted to give some demo's for celebrating the 6th year of her shop. But first I had to try them and indeed they are gorgeous and addictive! 
And I would like to clearly say that they don't are the same quality as the previous chalks, because they don't! So when people want to work with a cheaper product that's OK and I can understand that but don't say they are the same.
She decided to purchase the whole range and I am really happy with that!
This is my card, a very simple one but effective for the Pan Pastels....the text is from Crealies and says:
'seize the day' which is so true because this moment counts.......I've used paper with a linen structure which shows beautiful trough the Pan Pastels.

Eindelijk had ik de tijd om met de Pan Pastels te spelen....had ze al een tijd in huis maar nog niet mee gespeeld! Een vriendin met een hobbyzaak in de buurt vroeg me of ik er mee wilde demonstreren tijdens haar 6 jarig bestaan, dus dat wilde ik graag doen....maar moest er eerst even mee aan de slag. En ze zijn inderdaad geweldig en verslavend! Ik wil toch even benadrukken dat ze qua kwaliteit niet te vergelijken zijn met de chalks van vroeger. Dus prima en te begrijpen als mensen een goedkoper produkt willen gebruiken maar zeg alsjeblieft niet dat het hetzelfde is.
Ze heeft besloten om de hele serie met tools te gaan verkopen en ik ben er heel blij mee!
Ik heb hier een simpele kaart gemaakt maar effectief om het mooie effect van de Pan Pastels te laten zien. De tekst is van Crealies en een zeer ware....want het moment van NU is het belangrijkste. Ik heb papier gebruikt met een linnenstructuur waar de pannetjes het mooi op doen.

Again some Christmas creations with Chocolate Baroque

It's very warm for the time of year here and I hope it will be soon more real Autumn weather! I've made some Christmas cards with the clear stamps from Chocolate Baroque and with the gorgeous sheet Pears and Baubles in combination with the Gothic fragments. Also one of my favorites(got lots of CB fav's LOL)

Hallo daar,
Het is warm voor de tijd van het jaar en ik hoop dat het gauw wat meer echt herfstweer gaat worden! Ik heb deze kerstkaarten met de clear stempels van CB en met het prachtige sheet Pears and Baubles in combinatie met de  Gothic fragments gebruikt. Ook een van mijn favorieten( heb vele CB favorieten LOL)

The 2nd one........made with the clear stampsheet 'Joyful Christmas' and on the background a fragment of the Pears and Baubles sheet. All coloured with Derwents soft colour pencils on Basic Grey scrappaper. The poinsettia is decoupaged.

De tweede......gemaakt met de clear stempelsheet 'Joyful Christmas' en op de achtergrond een fragment van de Pears and Baubles sheet. Alles gekleurd met Derwent Color soft op Basic Grey papier. De kerstroos is extra uitgesneden.

The 3rd one, I've used here the Poinsettia script and again on the background the fragment of the Pears and Baubles. Embossed with pearl EP and sponged with Brilliance inks. The poinsettia is coloured on Basic Grey with Derwent pencils and decoupaged.

De derde, hier heb ik het  Poinsettia script gebruikt en weer op de achtergrond een fragment van de Pears en Baubles. Geembosst met silver pearl EP en gesponst met Brilliance inkten. De poinsettia is gekleurd op Basic Grey papier en gekleurd met Derwent potloden. Ook weer extra uitgesneden.

And the last one for now, created with the Morris Baubles, again on Basic Grey paper but now embossed with WOW silver emboss.powder and coloured with Tombo markers. On the background you can see a stylished flower from the Dusky Damask sheet.

En de laatste voor nu, gemaakt met de Morris Baubles, weer op Basic Grey papier maar nu geembosst met WOW zilver EP en gekleurd met Tombo markers. Op de achtergrond zie je de gestileerde bloem van de

Dusky Damask sheet.

Well maybe you are a bit inspired with the spirit of Christmas, I am always looking forward to this time of year....not only the Christmas time but also Wintertime! Warm and cozy inside the house, lights shining on......

And this is my creation with the new Open flowers. I've used open flower no. 02 and I've cut it from glitter paper.Also used in combination with the creative flower no.18. On the background you see the Masks & More no.4. I've used them with Pan Pastels and the Non stop stamps no. 3 in the corners. Also used the Pan pastel for the flowers.And ofcourse the text is a Crealies stamp(it means 'Wintergreetings')

En dit is mijn creatie met de nieuwe Open Flowers. Ik heb open flower no. 02 gebruikt en gesneden uit glitterpapier. Ook in combinatie met de creative flower no.18. Op de achtergrond kun je de Masks & More no.4 zien. ik heb ze gebruikt in combinatie met Pan Pastel en de Non stop stamps no. 3 in de hoeken.  ook heb ik de Pan Pastels voor de bloemen gebruikt.

En natuurlijk is de tekst ook een Crealies stempeltje!

Christmas creations with Chocolate Baroque

Hello there,

Today some Chocolate Christmas creations with an older sheet called ' Damask Reindeer. I instantly fell in love with this deer, isn't she beautiful?
I've made two cards with her, on the first one I've tried the Wow bonding powder and the metallic foil. It creates a beautiful effect, more shiny than embossing powder but more flat. This is the gold version. I've kept the card simple with an embossed background of a cover a card(Ornate Floral) from Impression Obsession. Only a little ribbon and enough is enough........

Vandaag wat Chocolate Kerst creaties met een wat ouder sheet genaamd 'Damask Reindeer'. Ik werd gelijk verliefd op dit hertje, is ze niet prachtig?
Ik heb er twee kaarten mee gemaakt, op de eerste heb ik de Wow bonding powder en de metaal folie geprobeerd. Het geeft een heel mooi effect, glanzender dan embossingpoeder en platter. Dit is de gouden folie. Ik heb de kaart verder simpel gehouden met alleen een geembosste achtergrond van de cover a card (Ornate Floral) van Impression Obsession. Alleen een lintje en genoeg is genoeg........

On the 2nd card I've used some more materials.......here I've stamped on Basic Grey scrappaper and on the background you see a fragment of the 'Paisley elephant sheet'. One of the fragments is embossed with Wow green shimmer. It gives a great sparkly effect. The Christmas harlequin squares are from the
'Harlequin Christmas sheet'. Only added some white pencil effects on the deer and harlequin piece. This one is def my favorite!

Op de tweede kaart heb ik wat meer materialen gebruikt.....hier heb ik gestempeld op Basic Grey scrappapier en op de achtergrond zie je fragmenten van de 'Paisley elephant sheet'. Een van de fragmenten is geembosst met Wow Green shimmer, het geeft een prachtig glitter effect. De Kerst harlekijk vierkantjes zijn van de 'Harlequin Christmas sheet'.    Alleen nog wat witte potlood accenten op het hert en de harlequins. Deze is toch wel mijn favoriet!

Colours of Fall again......nog meer kleuren van de herfst

As promised some more Fall coloured cards with the lovely stamps of designs by Ryn.
The first card is made using the 'black eyed Susan' flower and again the texture stamp'Patio stone' on the background . I've embossed the flowers with black emboss.powder an coloured them with waterbased markers. Decoupaged them and add some glossy accents in the center. The quote is from Chocolate Baroque, Words of Inspiration.

Zoals beloofd nog wat kaarten met herfst kleuren met de mooie stempels van designs by Ryn.
De eerste kaart is gemaakt met de 'black eyed Susan bloem, oftewel Susanna met de mooie ogen in het Nederlands. En weer de structuur stempel op de achtergrond 'Patio stone'. Ik heb de bloemen geembosst met zwart en gekleurd met Tombo markers. Uitgeknipt en nog wat glossy accents in het hart. De tekst is van Chocolate Baroque, Words of Inspiration.

The 2nd card is my favorite and I've used here the 'African Daisy' flower and again the Flower Lace no. 1

Also used here some Crealies dies, creative shapes no.24 and Creative border no.23.

I've stamped the Flower Lace with different colours Memento inks and also white Versamagic. The flowers on the background are coloured with pencils and the front image is embossed with gold and coloured with waterbased markers.

The quote is from Chocolate Baroque from the sheet ' Bold blooms', it's difficult to read so it says:

Bread feeds the body, indeed,

but flowers feed also the soul'

De tweede kaart is mijn favoriet en hier heb ik de 'African Daisy' bloem gebruikt en weer de Flower Lace no. 1. ook heb ik hier Crealies mallen gebruikt nl. creative shapes no.24 en Creative border no.23.

Ik heb de Flower Lace met verschillende kleuren Memento inkt en Versamagic wit gestempeld. De bloemen op de achtergrond zijn gekleurd met potlood en de voorste bloem is geembosst met goud en gekleurd met Tombo markers. De tekst is weer van Chocolate Baroque, ' Bold blooms', het is moeilijk zo te lezen, maar er staat

Bread feeds the body, indeed,

but flowers feed also the soul'

Colours of Fall..........kleuren van de herfst

Today some creations with the beautiful designs by Ryn in those gorgeous Fall colours, I do love those colours!
I've used several stamps of Ryn, to begin with the lovely texture stamp 'Patio stone'. The background was made using the acryl bloc technique using distress inks. The patio stone was stamped with different colours distress inks and embossed in the right lower corner with sparkle emboss.powder.  I've also used a Memory box circle die. The sentiment is from Chocolate Baroque, Artistic Affirmations.

Vandaag wat creaties met de mooie stempels van designs by Ryn in de mooie herfstkleuren. Ik hou echt van deze kleuren!
ik heb diverse stempels gebruikt van Ryn, te beginnen met de mooie textuur stempel 'Patio stone'. De achtergrond is weer gemaakt met de acryl blok techniek en distress inkten. De patio stone is gestempeld met diverse kleuren distress inkt en geembosst in de hoek rechtsonder met sparkle emboss.poeder. Ik heb hier ook een Memory box cirkel cluster mal gebruikt. De tekst is van Chocolate Baroque,Artistic Affirmations.

The 2nd card shows the beautiful Vine heart and the climbing vines. I've embossed the heart with silver pearl emboss.powder and gave accents with pencil and glitter powder. You can see the climbing vines along the edges. Also used a Memory box die, the Pristina border. The sentiment is also a Chocolate Baroque one.(a retired one)


De tweede kaart laat het mooie Vine heart en de climbing vines zien. Ik heb het hart met silver pearl geembosst en wat accenten gegeven met potlood en glitter poeder. De climbing vines kun je zien aan de zij en onderkant van de kaart. Ook een memorybox mal gebruikt, de Pristina border. De tekst is ook van Chocolate Baroque.( niet meer in het assortiment)
