More lovely Lily's and the Circle cluster set.........from designs by Ryn

Today another creation with the lovely Day Lily and the great Circle cluster set from designs by Ryn. I love those circles! The background was already made a while ago and I've used it to stamp and mask the Lily and the circles. I've coloured all the images with Derwent Colour soft pencils. I think this is my favorite.......

Vandaag een andere creatie met de mooie Day Lily en de gave Circle cluster set van designs by Ryn. 
Ik vind die cirkels geweldig! De achtergrond had ik al een tijdje in m'n voorraad en ik heb 'm gebruikt om de Lelie en cirkels te stempelen en maskeren. Ik heb alles gekleurd met de Derwent Soft colour potloden.

I like these colours together....I've embossed the circle cluster on the left with silver emboss.powder and added colour with Distress markers. I've added colour with pencils and a white gel pen on the right upper corner. I've added a circle die cut from Memorybox, it's a good match I think.

Ik vind deze kleuren mooi bij elkaar........Ik heb de cirkel cluster links geembosst met zilver en wat kleur toegevoegd met Distress markers.Ik heb de cirkels in de rechter bovenhoek gekleurd met potlood en geaccentueerd met witte gelpen. Ik heb nog een cirkel snijmal van Memorybox gebruikt, die past er mooi bij, denk ik.

More magical fairies.......meer magische elfjes........

Today another fairy card made with one of my favorite techniques, stamping with white ink on dark paper and colouring with pencils. I've made an acrylic technique background on aquarel paper with lots of structure. It enhances a beautiful effect. I've used the fairy from the 'October Fairy sheet' from Chocolate Baroque. The added leaves are from the 'Tangled garden sheet'.

Vandaag een fairy kaart gemaakt met een van mijn favoriete technieken. Stempelen met witte inkt op donker papier en kleuren met potloden. Ik heb een achtergrond met de acrylblok techniek gemaakt op aquarel papier met een zeer grove structuur. Dit geeft een bijzonder effect. Ik heb hier de fairy gebruikt van de 'October Fairy sheet' van Chocolate Baroque. De bladeren erbij zijn van de  'Tangled garden sheet'.

Lovely Pansies from designs by Ryn..........

Hi there,

Today some creations with the lovely Pansies from designs by Ryn. I've made them also with the aquarel technique. I've used a mask to stamp them three times and extended them with drawn stems. The quote is from Impression Obsession.A beautiful text because just the little things are important, like sending a card to someone.

Vandaag wat creaties met de lieve viooltjes (Pansies) van designs by Ryn. ik heb ze gemaakt met de aqaureltechniek. Hierbij een masker gebruikt om ze driemaal te stempelen en verlengd met getekende stelen. De tekst is van Impression Obsession. Een mooie tekst want het gaat juist vaak om de kleine dingen, zoals bv. een kaartje naar iemand sturen.

The 2nd one is done on an acrylic bloc background and I've coloured the pansies with pencils. Also used the great Trickling water set and Trickling water. Again a lot of masking and on the pansies you can also see some of the waterdroplets.

De tweede is gemaakt met de acryl blok techniek en ik heb de viooltjes gekleurd met potloden.Hier heb ik ook de geweldige Trickling water set en Trickling water gebruikt. Weer een heleboel gemaskerd en op de viooltjes zie je ook wat van de waterdroplets.

A close-up..........

 I really love those Pansies, they are great to colour with different techniques, how about Pan Pastels or Derwent Inktense or Gelatos......so many possibilities to explore.....just need a jar with more time.....

Ik vind die viooltjes zo schattig, ze zijn heerlijk om te kleuren met verschillende technieken en mediums, bv. met Pan Pastels, Derwent Inktense of Gelatos....zoveel mogelijkheden om te proberen......nu nog alleen een potje extra tijd.........

Vandaag heb ik m'n eerste blogpost gepubliceerd op het Pan Pastel blog. Ik ben blij dat ik wat meer met de Pan Pastels ga werken. Ik heb een stap voor stap uitleg gemaakt dus je kunt het echt gemakkelijk maken.
Er zijn daar allerlei creaties te zien gemaakt door talentvolle dames en bv. ook mixed media....dus als je geinspireerd wilt worden.....neem een kijkje!

Lovely Day Lily from designs by Ryn..........

Finally some cards with the lovely designs by Ryn, the beautiful Day Lily. I've made different cards to show you this Lily.

Both cards are made using the same colours Distress inks. The first one with the acrylic bloc technique. I've stamped the Lily with the same colours many times criss cross on the background and added the Three leaves set with white ink. The word is from Chocolate Baroque. The main image is stamped onto aquarel paper and I've misted the stamped  so the image is like aquarel paint.

Eindelijk weer wat kaarten met de gave  designs by Ryn, de mooie Day Lily. Ik heb hier verschillende kaarten mee gemaakt om deze lelie te laten zien.

Beide kaarten zijn met dezelfde kleuren Distress inkten gemaakt. De eerste met de acryl blok techniek.

Ik heb de lelie diverse keren met dezelfde kleuren kris kras op de achtergrond gestempeld en daarbij ook de

Three leaves set met witte inkt gestempeld.

Het woord is van Chocolate Baroque. De hoofd afbeelding is gestempeld op aquarelpapier en hierbij heb ik de stempeld nat gemaakt, dit geeft een aquarelachtig effect.

At the 2nd one I've masked the Lily so I stamped 3 of it and added also some leaves. I've also added some of the famous Water droplets op Ryn, aren't they beautiful? These flowers and leaves are stamped with Distress inks and I've coloured them with a waterbrush picking up colour from the stamped lines. The background beneath is made with the same colours on smooth paper and using a Crafters template. This is the inside of the card and the

 beautiful quote is from Impression Obsession

En de tweede is gemaskerd zodat ik de Lelie en de bladeren diverse keren kon stempelen. Ik heb hier ook de bekende Water droplets van Ryn gestempeld, zijn ze niet prachtig? De bloemen en blaadjes zijn gestempeld met de Distress inkten en ik heb ze gekleurd door met een waterpenseel kleur op te pikken van de gestempelde lijnen. De achtergrond hieronder is gemaakt op glad papier en gebruik van een Crafters mal. Dit is de binnenkant van de kaart en de mooie tekst is van Impression Obsession.

New...Fairy stamps...from Chocolate Baroque!

Maybe you've already notice it on the Chocolate Baroque website but there are new magical Fairy stamps.......even 3 sheets of them!I am happy with them because I love fairies and magical things! Here are two cards I've made with some magical seed pods........aren't they beautiful? You can find them on the October Fairy sheet.
I've made two versions with the same colours and lay-out but reversed. I've sponged the rectangle with pigment inks and coloured the seed pods with pencils.I've repeated some of the bubbles on the left side.

Misschien heb je het al gezien op de Chocolate Baroque website maar er zijn nieuwe magische elfen sheets....zelfs 3 van deze! Ik ben er blij mee want ik hou van elfen en magische dingen! Hier zijn twee kaarten die ik heb gemaakt met de magische zaad peulen....zijn ze niet gaaf? Je kunt ze vinden op de October Fairy sheet.
Ik heb er 2 versies van gemaakt met dezelfde kleuren en lay-out maar net omgekeerd. Ik heb de rechthoek gesponst met pigment inkt en de zaad peulen met kleurpotlood. Nog wat van de bubbels herhaald aan de linkerkant.

At the 2nd one I've sponged around the rectangle and used a circle template. The buckle die is from Memorybox and it's called 'Sevilla buckle'. I've added some pearls and gemstones to it.

Bij de tweede heb ik juist om de rechthoek heen gesponst en ook een cirkel mal gebruikt. De gesp mal is er een van Memorybox; de Sevilla buckle. Nog wat parels en steentjes erop en klaar....

Well this is only a start of my creations with the fairy stamps.....so stay watching.........there will be more!

Zo, dit is alleen nog maar een begin met mijn voorbeelden van de fairies.......dus blijf kijken.......er komt meer!

Spooky Halloween with Chocolate Baroque stamps.........

Here some spooky Halloween scenes made with the new Halloween stamps from Chocolate Baroque.
I've been working with the 'Nevermore' Halloween sheet from Chocolate Baroque.
You can see 3 samples above made with almost the same lay-out and stamps only with different difficulty levels. Just to show you that it is possible to do some plain and simple stamping.

Hier enkele spooky Halloween kaarten gemaakt met de nieuwe Halloween stempels van Chocolate Baroque. Ik heb gewerkt met de 'Nevermore' Halloween sheet van Chocolate Baroque.
je ziet hier boven 3 voorbeelden met bijna dezelfde lay-out en dezelfde stempels alleen met een verschillende moeilijkheidsgraad. Om eens te laten zien dat je ook met simpel en eenvoudig stempelen leuke kaarten kan maken.

Nr.1 made with the lovely Graphic 45 'Steampunk spells' paper. I've only stamped the chandelier on the label and blended a bit with Distress inks. The text is stamped onto the label with some bats added to it.

Nr.1 is gemaakt met het mooie Graphic 45 'Steampunk Spells' papier. Ik heb hier alleen de kandelaar op het label gestempeld en wat geblend met Distress inkten. Ook de tekst is gestempeld op de tag met wat vleermuizen erbij.

Nr. 2 has a background stamped on Basic Grey orange scrap paper. I've used the Gothic fragments and the old text from Gothic Angels sheet. Also added some spiderwebs from the Halloween clear sheet 'Witches brew'  sheet.

The chandelier is embossed with WOW copper and copper sparkle onto black paper.

Nr. 2 is gemaakt met een achtergrond van oranje Basic Grey scrap papier. Ik heb hier de Gothic fragments  en de oude tekst van de Gothic Angels sheet gebruikt. ook nog wat spinnewebben van de clear Halloween sheet 'Witches brew' .

De kandelaar is geembosst met WOW koper en koper sparkle.

And the final one, I think the most labour intensive......with your own made background and a lot of stamping....

the background was made with the acrylic bloc technique and stamped into it when still a bit wet. On the label I did a bit of 'ink blowing' fun to do and the chandelier is also embossed using WOW Halloween emb.powder and Black glint.

The ribbon is coloured with the same colours of stains and stamped with the spiderweb.Always great to match your ribbon in the same colours and style as your card.

En de laatste, ook de meest bewerkelijke.....met een eigen gemaakte achtergrond en veel stempelen.....

de achtergrond is gemaakt met de acrylblok techniek en gestempeld toen het nog een beetje nat was. Op het label heb ik wat inkt 'geblazen' leuk om te doen !De kandelaar is geembosst met WOW Halloween poeder en Black glint.

Het kreuklint is gekleurd met dezelfde kleuren stains en bestempeld met het spinneweb. Zo kun je je lint altijd perfect aanpassen aan je kaart.

More forgotten ones........

I have found some more forgotten cards, here they are.........I've worked here with WOW Flock powder, it gives a lovely velvet finish. I've used it on the rose leaf from IO and on the cover a card Damask from IO. The quote is also IO.

Ik her nog wat gevonden hoor, vergeten kaarten....hier zijn ze......ik heb hier gewerkt met WOW flock poeder, het geeft een mooie fluwelen laag. ik heb het gebruikt op het rozenblad van IO(te koop bij Posthumus in Amsterdam) en een cover a card Damask van IO. De tekst is ook een IO stempel.

The next one is done with triple embossing technique and I've pressed the rose leaf into the embossing layer while it still was hot. So you can get an imprint. Than I've put it in the freezer for a while and when it came out I've cracked it. Than I've sponged some black ink onto the cracks.

The first layer of the card and the black layer are embossed with a folder and I've added some pearl ex on it.

De volgende is gedaan met de triple embossing techniek en het rozenblad stempel is in de laatste embossing laag gedrukt terwijl het nog warm was. Zo krijg je een 'indruk'. Toen even in de vriezer gelegd en toen het eruit kwam heb ik het gecraqueleerd. Nog wat zwarte inkt eroverheen gewreven wat een leuk effect in de nerven geeft. De eerste laag en de zwarte laag zijn geembosst met een mal en daar bewerkt met pearl-ex.

And two cards made with the Honey bee sheet of Chocolate Baroque, you can see them on the Ning website but I can't find them here.......

The first one is coloured with pencils and the sunflower with bees is coloured with waterbased markers.

En twee kaarten met de Honey bee sheet van Chocolate Baroque, je kunt ze ook zien op de Ning website waar ik meestal al m'm CB kaarten plaats(als ik niet iets vergeet haha)

De eerste is gekleurd met potloden en de zonnebloem met bij met aquarel markers

At the 2nd 'bee'card I've added a cover a card 'Script' from IO. The image is coloured with pencils

Bij de 2e bijenkaart heb ik ook de cover a card 'Script' gebruikt van IO. De afbeelding is gekleurd met potloden.

The next two are a mix of IO and CB.  I've made these cards with the kissing technique (using the Solid leaf and solid background from IO), you get some funny holes and edges in the leaf. The flower is from Chocolate Baroque, Fragrant Honeysuckle I've also explained this technique in my book 'Start the Miracle' (they are translating it, so it will be available  soon I hope)

De volgende twee zijn een mix van IO en CB. Ik heb deze kaarten gemaakt met de Kissing techniek (hierbij het solid blad en solid cover a card gebruikt) je krijgt dan grappige gaten en randen in het blad. De bloem is van Chocolate Baroque, Fragrant Honeysuckle

Deze techniek is ook beschreven in mijn boekje 'Start the Miracle'

 At the close-up you can see the effects of the stamp kissing......love this technique........also embossed it with WOW Neutral Ultra shimmer, it gives a great sparkly effect.

Op de close-up kun je het effect van de kissing techniek goed zien.....ik vind deze techniek erg leuk.....ook geembosst met WOW Neutral ultra shimmer, het geeft een mooi sprankelend effect.

 And another one using the Textured Fragments from Chocolate Baroque on the Solid leaf......the possibilties are endless.........

En nog een maar nu met gebruik van de Textured Fragments van CB op het Solid blad......de mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos.......

Do I have more forgotten ones....let's see.........it's a simple one stamping the flower( from the Lily sheet) around the oval and the main image( Hyacinth sheet) is embossed with black. The word is from the Artistic Expressions from CB.

Heb ik er nog meer vergeten.....laat 's kijken......een simpele stempel kaart met een bloem van  the Lily sheet

om het ovaal heen en de centrale afbeelding ( Hyacinth sheet) is geembosst met zwart. Het woord van mijn favoriete tekst set Artistic Expressions from CB.

 this one is also made with a mix of the Lily and Hyacinth sheet of Chocolate Baroque. Only coloured with pencils

deze is ook gemaakt met de mix van de Lily en Hyacinth sheet van CB. Alleen gekleurd met potloden.

And for now the last one, or else you get overloaded mmm? This is a stamp from the Elegant Iris sheet from CB, the swirl is one from the 'Butterfly dreams' sheet and at the bottom you see a border from the Lace fragments sheet. Again coloured with pencils.

En voor nu de laatste, anders worden jullie overladen nietwaar? Dit is een stempel van de Elegant Iris sheet  van CB, de swirl is van de 'Butterfly dreams' en onderaan zie je een border van de  Lace fragments sheet. wederom gekleurd met potloden.

I've got only a few forgotten ones left, so I will show these next time, please let me know if you have any of these already seen on my blog......than I am certain that I am getting older LOL

Ik heb nog een paar vergeten kaarten over dus die komen de volgende keer wel, maar laat me weten wanneer je een van deze al gezien hebt op m'n blog .....dan weet ik in ieder geval dat ik ouder word...LOL
