Workshop Chocolate Baroque bij Posthumus.....nog enkele plaatsen vrij!!

This is just a general message about the workshop I am teaching on  October 19th at the Posthumus shop in Amsterdam. 

Hallo allemaal,

Er zijn nog enkele plaatsen vrij voor de workshop zaterdag 19 oktober bij de Posthumuswinkel in Amsterdam!!

Dit keer met de mooie Chocolate Baroque stempels met als thema's ; Mini stamps Nature, Paris en Mail art. It has all to do with squares..........

Hier dan wat sneakpeaks.........de workshopkaarten zijn daarna alleen te zien in de winkel bij Posthumus, dus ben je benieuwd, geef je op of kom naar de winkel......Bel even naar de winkel voor meer info of om je aan te melden. ( tel. 020-6255812)

More Christmas with Chocolate Baroque

Hi there,

This card is made using the great Artylicious CD Decadent Brocade which has some lovely background papers. I've began with this paper as a colour guide for my 'feisty angel' and gave her matching colours. I've added several die cuts to  put a frame around her.

Deze kaart is gemaakt met papier geprint van de gave Artylicious CD Decadent Brocade die prachtige achtergrond ontwerpen heeft. Ik ben begonnen met dit papier als kleur gids voor mijn 'sprankelende engel' en gaf haar de bijapssende kleuren. Ik heb diverse snijmallen gebruikt om een frame om haar heen te maken.

Just popping in to tell you I've got a new blogpost on the Pan Pastel blog with a tutorial. So if you like,  just hop over there and in time I will translate my tutorials here in English! I've used the Chocolate Baroque stamps from the Eastern landscape, the Landscape edges and the Floral edges.

Ik kom alleen even melden dat ik weer een nieuwe blogpost heb op het Pan Pastel blog met een tutorial! Dus als je het leuk vindt hop even over en mettertijd zal ik het vertalen hier in Engels!

yellow and purple ......a whole lot of stencils and designs by Ryn........

Today some other creations from designs by Ryn. The first one is made with several stencils, Crafters (Cell theory), I-stencil(woman face) and the Leafy branch, waterdrops and Flower  Lace 1 from designs by Ryn.
I've worked with Distress inks on Special stamping paper. The die-cuts are from Memorybox and finally I've added some dewdrops.

Vandaag nog wat andere creaties van designs by Ryn. De eerste is gemaakt met diverse stencils, Crafters (Cell theory), I-stencil(woman face) en de   Leafy branch, waterdrops en Flower  Lace 1 van Ryn.
Ik heb gewerkt met Distress inkten op Special stamping paper. De snijmallen zijn van Memorybox en als laatste heb ik wat dauwdruppels toegevoegd.

And the 2nd card.......again made with the lovely Pansies from Ryn, I really like these cuties!Added some of the famous waterdroplets too. Also made with the watercolour technique and the background is made with an I stencil and Distress inks and some water spatters. The die cut is also from Memorybox.

En de 2e kaart.......weer met de mooie Pansies van Ryn, ik vind ze zo leuk! Nog wat van de inmiddels beroemde waterdroplets erbij Ook weer gedaan met de aquarel techniek en de achtergrond is gemaakt met een  I stencil  en Distress inkten en wat water spetters. De snijmal is er ook een van Memorybox.

And finally my last one for now, also made with watercolour technique and with the Pansies. This time I've used two Cheery Lynn dies(Fanciful flourish)

En tot slot de laatste voor nu, ook weer aquarel en de viooltjes. Deze keer met twee Cheery Lynn snijmallen.(Fanciful flourish)

New Christmas stamps Chocolate Baroque.....nieuwe Kerststempels Chocolate Baroque

Today one of the new Christmas edges which are recently launched at Chocolate Baroque! They are beautiful as all the CB designs and they match so clever with all previous Christmas sheets.
I've used the Holly edge on this creation together with the Steampunk Poinsettia.(Steampunk Christmas sheet)
First I've stamped the Holly edge with green and for the 2nd time with black. I've added some pearls and pearlpen on it. The Poinsettia is stamped with white ink on black paper and coloured with pencils before decoupaging. The sentiment is from the new 'Bold Christmas Words', a great add to the Christmas designs.

Vandaag een van de  nieuwe Christmas edges die pas uitgebracht zijn door Chocolate Baroque. Ze zijn prachtig zoals alle ontwerpen van CB en ze combineren ook perfect met andere kerstsheets waar vaak bijpassende afbeeldingen op zitten. Ik heb hier de hulst border gebruikt samen met de Steampunk Poinsettia (van de Steampunk Christmas sheet)
Eerst heb ik de hulst border met groen en daarna nog een keer met zwart gestempeld. Ik heb wat plak pareltjes en parelpennen toegevoegd.
De kerstroos is op zwart papier met wit gestempeld en gekleurd met potlood voordat ik 'm uitgeknipt en in laagjes verwerkt heb. De tekst is van de 'Bold Christmas Words' een mooie aanvulling op de kerstsheets.

Workshop impression - Fun with Hero arts and Impression Obsession stamps ...........a lot of spatters, circles and dots......and a lot of cards!

Today the workshop cards made with the Hero arts  and Impression Obsession stamps. A lot of circles, spatters, brush strokes , silhouettes and beautiful quotes.......so, not much you can do wrong with these ones.........It was fun to create these cards with another style you are used to from me and I could go on and on......just playing

Here they are.......I've made quite a few! Starting with the most simple one.......

Vandaag de workshop kaarten gemaakt met Hero arts en Impression Obsession stempels. Een heleboel spetters, cirkels, vegen, silhouetten en mooie teksten........dus,  niet zoveel wat er fout kan gaan met deze.........het was leuk om deze kaarten te maken met een andere stijl die jullie van mij gewend zijn en ik kon maar niet stoppen.......heerlijk spelen
